Natural Mindfulness - Introduction to Forest Bathing

Trees are good for our wellbeing. Not only do they emit substances that are beneficial for our physical health, they also help to boost our mood, energy and creativity.

As nice as a big natural woodland is, even the trees you can find in an urban park near you will do the trick. So why not join Living Levels and Stefan Zitzman of Nature For You in the beautiful setting of Tredegar House parkland.

Natural mindfulness is a way to connect with nature. Some easy practices and exercises can help us to feel the connection. The trees themselves are interconnected and form a “wood-wide-web”, constantly exchanging information.

You don’t need any equipment, knowledge or experience to “log in” to it yourself. All you need is curiosity and your senses. If we make the most of our senses and slow down, then we can reconnect with nature and discover a whole new world right on our doorstep.
